My kids loved mashed potatoes. I, for one, can last a day by eating mashed potatoes alone ^_^. Boiled potato is a must to prepare at home. Hubby needs it as rice substitutes, aside from boiled bananas (saging saba) and his veggies. But, poor hubby, he would have to salivate at our mashed potatoes because it’s loaded with stuffs not suitable for him. Sorry, dearie ^_^
When the potatoes are boiled, the kids were happy to helped mashing them out…
HOW TO:
boil potatoes
mashed it down with a potato masher
cream cheese
little butter
evaporated milk (just to make the potatoes more juicier and not too dry)
salt and pepper to taste

I’ve added sour cream to mine but I’ll have to try cream cheese.
I like baked better than mashed…pero mas prefer parin ako sa rice…lol!
I never have used cream cheese; I guess I should try it.
